What Is One-On-One Coaching?

  • It’s a type of coaching service where we meet in person or get on a video call/telephonic call and discuss the challenges that you are currently facing.
  • I ask you relevant questions to get to the solutions to your problems.
  • These sessions are a safe, non-judgmental place for you to discuss your problems and goals.
  • I will share with you the tools and techniques which you can apply in your day-to-day life to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
  • I have(International Coaching Federation) ICF-approved certifications for coaching where I have undergone 60 Approved Coach Specific Training hours for Life Coaching and 42 Approved Coach Specific Training hours for Spiritual Coaching along with successful completion of the achievement challenges and examinations for the same.
  • I have been through various challenges in every aspect of my life which has made me compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental in a different way altogether.
  • I hold space for you to dive deep within and get clarity about your goals and action steps to achieve the same.
